BFIC Minutes - April 14, 2011.

Members attending: Becky Kuithe, Clyde McKenzie, Rombelto Medrano, Steve Sherman, Rajesh Karee, Brian Fanguy, Pat Ojobaro Others: Miguel and Sylvia Madrid

Meeting was called to order @ 7:35 PM Minutes of previous meeting were read and accepted. Treasurer's report was presented and accepted.

Old Business: R. Medrano reports lighting repairs have been completed, sealing of expansion joints is done. He still needs to measure fence, french drains, and painting of overhangs still pending. S. Sherman reports that he checked into cost of camera surveillance with Comcast - cost will be $100 for internet and phone service a month with $20 discount x 1 year. Cameras will cost between $800-$1,000.

New Business: J. Bedford has resigned as registered agent for BFIC . He was recently served with notice of lawsuit by Sheriff"s Dept. C. McKenzie has volunteered to register as agent with state- he will contact J. Bedford for details. C. McKenzie proposes that we hire Alex as our lifeguard again this year. Alex has volunteered to sign in people coming to swim. C. McKenzie proposes that a board member be on call for the times the pool is open rather than having to sit in the clubhouse. A motion was made, seconded, and voted on unanimously to accept this proposal. A discussion was held about keeping the pool open Saturdays as well as Sundays. C. McKenzie will check with Alex to see if he is available for both days. M. Madrid requests permission to widen driveway from 9' to 12' with the use of paving stones. Motion was made, seconded, and passed unanimously to approve this request. A discussion was held re rental of the clubhouse.

Meeting was adjourned @ 8:30PM.
