BFIC Minutes - July 8, 2010.

Members attending : Becky Kuithe, Clyde Mc Kenzie, Steve Sherman, Rombelto Medrano, Brian Fanguy, Rajesh Karee, Pat Ojobara Others: None

Meeting was called to order @ 7:35 PM Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved. Treasurer's Report: No report presented this month

Old Business; B. Kuithe gave report re going to City Hall re No Parking in Yards Ordinance. P. Ojobaro reports she called 311 re non-working street lights & they have been repaired. R. Medrano reports he got a quote from one electrician and is waiting on another quote for outside pool light pole repairs. He has worked on clubhouse AC - the unit for the restrooms needs new condensing motor. The urinal needs to be removed - R. Medrano will cap it off.

New Business: S. Sherman is going to contact Commissioners' Court to get Brays Forest to be in one voting precinct rather than be divided into 2 precincts. He gave report re houses sold in our neighborhood. A discussion was held re house on Carnelian & Bandlon corner re heavy trash @ curbside all the time. Reports have been made to 311 by various homeowners.

Meeting was adjourned @ 8:10 PM.
