BFIC Minutes - September 25, 2008

Members attending: Becky Kuithe, John Bedford, Clyde McKenzie, Steve Sherman, Rombelto Medrano, Brian Fanguy, Pat Ojobara, Rajesh Karee Others attending: Franklin Sherman

Meeting called to order @ 7:40 PM Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. Treasurer's report presented and accepted.

Old Business: A motion was made & seconded to put a 8' privacy fence around pool. B. Fanguy will get 3 bids for the 8' foot privacy fence. The fence will be put outside the existing cyclone fence. J. Bedford gave a report re delinquent accounts (15). We have a number of foreclosures in neighborhood. Holt & Young have moved to temporary quarters due to hurricane damage. J. Bedford will go to new quarters & meet with them to get a complete list. A discussion was held re downed trees & fences in our neighborhood due to hurricane. The front fence between the club house & Waymon Koonce's property was knocked down & had to be replaced quickly to keep trespassers out of the pool. W. Koonce had to call the police re one group that refused to vacate pool when asked.

New Business: S. Sherman requests permission to put up an ornamental fence inside his privacy fence - Board gave unanimous approval.

Meeting was adjourned @ 8:30 PM
