BFIC Minutes - August 14, 2008

Old Business: J. Bedford reports that we do not owe the IRS $899. Ray Stevens recalculated when he received the Jan-Jul financial statements & realized that the money we received in December was repaid to Holt & young in January. J. Bedford gave a report on delinquent accounts & foreclosures in our neighborhood. The AC drainage pans have filled up and are not draining. J. Bedford will check with R. Medrano re repair.
New Business: Homeowner Rosa Villafuente ( 11407 High Star) presented paint chips to repaint her house. She also wants to replace fence, columns, and add an
