Meeting was called to order @ 7:35 PM by Brian Fanguy
Minutes of previous meeting were read and the following corrections need to be noted: Steve Sherman did not attend meeting & the Treasurer's report was presented by W. Koonce, not B. Fanguy.
Treasurer's report was presented & accepted.
Old Business: R. Medrano reported that 65 people used the pool this past Sunday. This represents 15-20 households. T. Gomez asked how much more it would cost to have the pool open on Saturdays as well as Sundays. A discussion was held re possibility of opening pool on Saturdays. T. Gomez states he would be available to help check people in on Saturdays. It was suggested that C. McKenzie & R. Medrano check into possibility of hiring another lifeguard and getting pool maintenance done at a different time/day as it is currently done on Saturday mornings. They agreed to investigate the possibility of opening pool for 2 days rather than 1.
New Business: T. Gomez talked about crime in our neighborhood. He has been calling the police frequently. P. Ojobaro reported that a "security" man came to her door offering free security monitoring. R. Karesh states that this is an effort to find out what kind of security system you have. T. Gomez reports he received a deed restriction letter by mistake. J. Bedford will be notified.
