Meeting was called to order @ 7:35 PM Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Treasurer's report was presented and accepted.
New Business: A discussion was held re various problems in our neighborhood. Mr. Freddie (City of Houston Deed Restriction Task Force) gave his input re solving problems. He explained the procedure necessary for a homeowner to be successful in getting things accomplished. One important resource is Donald Perkins ( Planning & Development) @ 311. M. Bakare states he received a letter that he hasn't paid his 2007 maintenance fee. He thinks he paid twice in 2005. W. Koonce suggests he send him a copy of his cancelled checks & he will attempt to resolve problem. S. Sherman shared a letter he has written to the City Council re mounting cameras on light poles to help control speeding on Bandlon.
P. Ojobara talked about loose dogs. The air conditioner in the club house is broken and needs to be replaced. We can either spend the money to buy a new unit or buy a window unit. S. Sherman will ask his AC repairman to give us an estimate.
Old Business: We continue to have a problem with standing water outside the clubhouse and some of the siding has been damaged. J. Bedford suggests we have a canopy built to divert water away from the walls. R. Medrano suggests having a drainage ditch dug.
Meeting was adjourned @ 8:50 PM.
