Meeting was called to order @ 7:40 PM Minutes of previous meeting were read & approved.
Treasurer's report was presented & approved.
Old Business: B. Fanguy contacted Precision Towing. They are no longer in the area. The new contact person to call is Charles DePriest @ 713-875-4882. J. Bedford gave a report on the house @ 11623 Moonmist that continues to be a problem. He has talked with Councilman Khan & 5 at-large Councilmen - only 1 (S. Lovell) responded. He has also contacted Mr. Freddy @ 311 and Channel 2. Some improvement has been made, but property remains in serious violation. J. Bedford also gave a report re status of other delinquent accounts. The homeowner @ 4415 Carnelian has requested a new payment plan thru the lawyer's office. The board approved her request with the understanding that if she defaults on her payments & does not pay the $144 due in Jan. 08, then foreclosure proceeding will occur. The 2/10 acre known as Tract 94D was discussed. J. Bedford & W. Koonce have been to HCAD & had tract reassessed @ lower rate, so we should get some money back. We are still getting dun letters from AISD Tax Office & Paul Bettencourt.
New Business: J. Bedford reports that someone is dumping oil in the bayou again. The AC in the clubhouse is broken. W. Koonce will call an electrician. P. Ojobaro reports gang grafitti on High Star. She has reported this to 311.
