BFIC Minutes - June 12, 2008
Members attending: Becky Kuithe, John Bedford, Clyde McKenzie, Steve Sherman, Rombelto Medrano, Brian Fanguy, Rajesh Karee

Meeting called to order @ 7:35 PM
Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Treasurer's report was presented and accepted.
Old Business: J. Bedford reviewed delinquent accounts - 12 total homes with $7, 391.19 in fees owed. 6 accounts have pending legal action. A motion was made, seconded, and approved by the board tp proceed with the lawsuit. C. McKenzie reports he did not get a response from the man he called to repair the fence. R. Medrano knows someone to call.
Pool Business: C. McKenzie asked for board members to volunteer to cover week-ends at the pool. B. Kuithe volunteered for this coming Saturday and B. Fanguy and M. Fanguy will cover this Sunday.
Marta Eisner wants to replace her windows & patio door. She was given board approval.
R. Medrano will check our broken AC unit himself to see if it can be repaired.
Meeting was adjourned @ 8:25 PM.
