BFIC Minutes - March 11, 2010.

Members attending: Becky Kuithe, Brian Fanguy, Rombelto Medrano, Clyde McKenzie, Pat Ojobaro, Rajesh Karee Others attending: Maureen Fanguy, Steve Sherman, Domingo Palomino

Meeting was called to order @ 7:35 PM Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Treasurer's report was presented & accepted.

Old Business: R. Medrano continues to check on lower bids for lawn maintenance. He also reports he checked on pool leak & it has stopped. Yard parking ordinance application was discussed. The majority present still want it pursued. B. Kuithe is working on completing this. Purchase of rose bushes to be planted inside fence was discussed. B. Kuithe ok'd to spend up to $200 to buy them. Grafitti was discussed. P. Ojobara will talk to police about this. M. Fanguy will see about getting a form letter to send to homeowners who violate deed restrictions.

New Business: B. Fanguy has letter from attorneys re starting foreclosure procedures on 2 properties. A unanimous vote was taken to give ok to attorneys to proceed. Also voted on was ok for them to pursue collection for another delinquent homeowner. S. Sherman was nominated by B. Kuithe to be reelected to BFIC board. Motion was seconded & carried unanimously. B. Fanguy reports he has talked to new homeowners on the corner of Belle Park & High Star re all the exterior changes they are making without getting board approval. The homeowner was invited to attend tonight's meeting, but is not present. Motion was made, seconded & passed unanimously to have attorney send them a cease & desist letter. B. Kuithe asks if anyone else is having problems with mail delivery - some others did report misdirected mail delivered to their boxes. Newsletter discussed. P. Ojobara volunteered to work on newsletter. M. Fanguy & B. Kuithe volunteered to do the mail out when it is ready. Renewal of deed restrictions discussed.
