BFIC Minutes - January 14, 2010.

Members attending: Becky Kuithe, Rajesh Karee, Clyde McKenzie, Pat Ojobara, Brian Fanguy Others attending: Steve Sherman

Meeting was called to order @ 7:36 PM Minutes of previous meeting were read & approved. Treasurere's report was presented & accepted.

Old Business: R. Karesh reports that sidewalk repairs have been completed and sheetrock repair and painting has been done in the restroom area.. The damage was done because of leak in the pool room. R. Medrano will talk to pool man re repairs. Maintenance fee letters have been mailed thanks to Brian and Maureen Fanguy. A discussion was held re deed restrictions in the neighborhood.

New Business: P. Ojobara asked asked about grafitti removal from back of wood fence. This will have to wait until the weather improves. Heavy trash pickup next Thursday is for tree trimmings. Recycling will be next Tuesday rather than Monday because of the Monday holiday.

Meeting was adjourned @ 8:25 PM.
