BFIC Minutes - December 10, 2009

Members attending: B. Kuithe, R. Medrano, C. McKenzie, B. Fanguy, P. Ojobara, R. Karee Others attending: J. Lyons

Meeting called to order @ 7:38 PM Minutes of previous meeting were read & approved. Treasurer's report was presented & accepted.

Old Business: B. Kuithe gave report on tree trimming & fence painting. R. Medrano is going to check light fixture this coming Saturday.

New Business: B. Fanguy reports re break-in in Section 1. He is working on getting maintenance letters together & will call us with date to get together to do the mail out. Everyone was reminde re Heavy trash pickup next Thursday (Junk & tree waste).

Meeting was adjourned @ 8:00 PM.
