BFIC Minutes - October 14, 2010.

Members attending: Becky Kuithe, Rombelto Medrano, Brian Fanguy, Rajesh Karee, Pat Ojobaro Others: none

Meeting called to order @ 7:45 PM Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. No Treasurer's report available

Old Business: There are still no working lights at night in the pool area. R. Medrano will contact electrician who came out to fix problem. He is also still working on getting bids to replace light poles. A discussion was held re crime in the neighborhood. B. Kuithe reports that the City Council voted and officially approved our application to opt into the "No parking in Yards". She suggests we include a notice about this in the envelopes used to mail out the maintenance fee letters.

New Business: B. Fanguy reports he has applied to change BFIC's electric provider to get us a lower rate. B. Kuithe gave a report on Section 3's get together in front of Steve Sherman's house for National Night Out.

Meeting was adjourned @ 8:25 PM
